Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Return request made within 15 days of delivery confirmation
  • Item is in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • Original tags are still attached
  • Item is in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase or order number is provided

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of the following products:

  • Soccer cleats that show signs of wear or have been used on the field
  • Any footwear with visible dirt, wear marks, or damage from outdoor use
  • Items that have been altered from their original condition

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Submit Your Return Request

Complete the Return Request Form below and email it to our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order.

Step 2: Receive Authorization & Instructions

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and detailed shipping instructions. Please do not ship your return without this authorization.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Securely package your items in the original box, include all original documentation, and affix the provided return label. For exchanges, clearly indicate the replacement item and size you’re requesting.

Step 4: Processing & Refund/Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival), we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange item.

Shipping Costs & Methods

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or defective merchandise
  • Exchange Shipping: We cover the cost of shipping your replacement item
  • Recommended Carrier: We suggest using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance

Refund Information

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will include the cost of the returned items, minus any original shipping charges (unless the return is due to our error).
